Scotlandyard achieves this by extensive training programs that begin with an initial orientation, classroom training, site-specific training and monthly training exercises that continue throughout the officer’s career.

Scotlandyard’s rigorous training program ensures its clients that only those who know how to act professionally are admitted to its ranks. Unprofessional conduct toward clients and the residents will not be tolerated. Lateness, unexcused absences, profanity, intoxication and drug use are grounds for immediate dismissal. Any officer will be replaced immediately upon your request. Our training program utilizes a seven-step initial training process that prepares the security officer for site assignment.
